Nigeria The Change You've Waited For

There was a time when people flaunt the title of 'kingmaker' in Nigeria. There was a time when Nigerians raised their voices against celebrated individuals who were labeled corrupt nationally and internationally. During those days it seemed that was the lot of Nigerians;consequently, Nigerians began to ask themselves if they were ill-fated. Today is a new dawn in Nigeria: the change from the tenacious hold of unscrupulous Nigerians who tarnished the image of the country has finally come! An unusual joy is thick in the air because hopes are high that the rescue Nigeria needs from the pit of corruption and bad governance has finally arrived. In fact, Prof. Pat Utomi yesterday said: "It is now democracy has come to Nigeria".

But was President Goodluck Jonathan really bad? Someone that once had no shoes should at least not act callously to the common Nigerian. He was not actually a bad man but was basically lampooned over his naivety in regards to governance. But this should be seen as gone.Nigerians should not hold that against him at all. Let bygones be bygones. The challenge before every Nigerian now should how to rebuild the broken walls. Something new is about to hit the nation Nigeria that will cause global attention, but Nigeria have 100% responsibility to make this happen.
