Lose That Weight!

Michelle Quinn before and after  Copyright: SWNS

Candy is a nice looking young girl and presently battling to face the challenges of her first job after graduating from the university. A couple of things pose a challenge to her daily schedules at work, but there appears to be one that is the most challenging— her weight!

Her office is in a large building and the only way to get there is to use a spiral staircase. I’ve closely monitored her, and on most occasions wherever she climbs the spiral staircase she breathes heavily. She always prays that her office will be relocated to a place where there won’t be any need to climb any staircase. She has been given some tips on what to shed her weight, but doing that extra thing appears to be a greater burden to her than the threat that her weight poses to her health. This is exactly what most people do when faced with a burden. They have a strong desire to be free from whatsoever burden they are faced with but doing that extra thing in order to be free appears  tough. Nothing good comes without a cost so if you truly desire a change you’ve got to do the extra to get results.

Michelle Quinn from South Shields, Tyneside is an example of someone who did something extra in order to get results. She  nearly halved her body weight  under two years and went from a dress size 30 to size 12.What she simply did was to cut out the butter-filled bacon sarnies, crisps for lunch and fish and chips for dinner that she used to eat. She started a diet consisting of cereal or fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, home-made soup for lunch and healthy versions of her favourite meals for dinner, such as cooking with lean meats instead of fatty cuts.
Every challenge can be routed when you decide to do something extra. However, doing something extra in most cases will call for a cut. There are some ways  that you’ve probably been used to for long that you must let go. Failure to do this will simply mar your chances of getting results from your next move of change.
