Emergency Message for U.S. Citizens

The U.S. Embassy in Nairobi has " urge private U.S. citizens to avoid any travel in the Garissa area". This is because of an ongoing attack at Moi University, Garissa Campus, in Garissa, Kenya. Reports confirm that there have been explosions and heavy gunfire at the school by members of al-Shabaab.
