The restaurant giant has perfected plans to increase the pay of its workers and add benefits like paid vacation for workers at U.S. restaurants it operates. This appears to be a strategy that the ailing fast-food giant hopes to use to garner altruistic service from its employees that will culminate in business success. Beginning from July 1, McDonald's will pay at least $1 per hour more than the local minimum wage of its employees in the US.
