Three German doctors, journalist die in Zambia road accident

Three German doctors have been reported dead after a vehicle they were traveling in collided with another vehicle in southern Zambia’s Gwembe district.

The three German  were volunteers from an international dentist organization  and were scheduled to attend to local people with dental problems.

Local media have identified the German doctors as Franz Mathews, 67, Wolfgufkart Bissbeif, 64 and Hans Boehringer, 55 while the journalist is Priscilla Phakati, from local private-owned Muvi Television.
