The leadership of the All Progressive Congress (APC) will ratify the list of persons to be appointed into the Federal Executive Council before presentation to the National Assembly. The party is taking conscious measures to ensure that its manifesto does not appear as lies in the sight of Nigerians who voted Buhari March 28. Leaders of the party appear careful in determining who gets on the FEC.
